Samuel Robert “Bob” Doak Jr., age 79, of Port Jefferson, passed away January 13, 2021 at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton. Bob was born July 2, 1941 in Sidney, to the late Samuel Robert Doak Sr. and the late Mildred (Welbaum) Doak.
