Joe Louis Taborn

Joe Louis Taborn-Nixon, age 43, of Sidney, was born on October 5, 1980, in Sidney to the late Joe Nixon and Shana Taborn-Nixon.  Joe passed away on April19, 2024, at home.

Joe leaves to cherish his memory his children: Branden (Fiancé-Breanna Partin) Taborn, Joey Taborn and Gianna Taborn; his mother: Shana (Taborn) Nixon; siblings: David Taborn, Michael, Triane and Beatrice Nixon; uncles: Floyd, Mark, Claude and Jimmy Taborn; Aunt: Charla Taborn; and a host of cousins and friends.  Joe joins in heaven with his father: Joe Nixon, grandparents: Floyd and Lola Taborn; Aunts Penny Taborn and Ricky Taborn; and sister: Debbie Nixon.

Joe worked at Poly Fill in Sidney.  Joe loved music, working out, going to the casino, country nature, playing drums, horses, watching WWE and playing football.  He was a strong supporter of SHS athletics, even after graduating, and his

Family will receive friends from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM on Monday, April 29, 2024, at Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney.  Service will follow at 1:00 PM on Monday at the funeral home.  Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery in Sidney.
