LESTER L. SHIVELEY of Sidney, Ohio age 64 passed away July 20, 2016. He was born March 22, 1952. Les is survived by his parents Kenneth E. Shiveley and Betty L. Shiveley of Huber Heights, one brother Ralph (Gene) Shiveley of Malibu, California.
Les leaves behind his wife Carolyn (Ginger) Shiveley, 7 children, Monica Shiveley Sexton, Kristin Shiveley Andersen, John A. Rankin, Craig S. Cavanaugh, Chris A Cavanaugh, Curtis L. Cavanaugh and Cheri K. Cavanaugh, 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren... 2 dogs,
He graduated from Wayne High School in Huber Heights (class of 1970). After graduating, he attended Nashville Auto Technical College. He became a member of the Huber Heights Jaycees. Les served 10 years as a deputy sheriff in the Miami County Sheriff Department. Later he became a driver for PTS of Piqua, BD Transportation of Piqua and Star Fleet of Indiana. Les was an avid sportsman and hunter. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday,, July 30, 2016 at 11: 00 am at, Marker & Heller Funeral Home, Huber Heights. Arrangements are being handled by Adams Funeral Home in Sidney. Condolences may be expressed at www.theadamsfuneralhome.com.
