Donald D. Luther Jr., age 51, 513 Boal Avenue, Piqua, Ohio, passed away peacefully on February 4, 2016.
He was born March 17, 1964 in Sidney, to Donald D. Sr. and Mary M. (Weber) Luther of Troy, and they both survive.
Donald is also survived by son; Chancelor Luther of Piqua, daughters; Rebecca Luther and significant other, Brandon Austin of Piqua, Alice Luther of Piqua, grandchildren; Ava Jade Austin, Maggie Michele Luther, sister; Mary (Dwight) Riter of Troy and brother; Fred (Sheila) Luther of Dayton, Ohio.
Donald was retired from Lear Corporation in Sidney. He loved to spend time with his grandchildren, and cook and bake. He loved to watch all sporting events and was an avid fan of the Kansas City Chiefs. Donald was a 1982 graduate of Sidney High School and JVS.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney, with Rev. Joe Hill officiating. Burial will follow at Pearl Cemetery in Swanders.
Family and friends may visit on Tuesday from 5 - 7 p.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road Sidney, Ohio.
