Jason A. Purk, age 42, of Sidney, passed away Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Upper Valley Medical Center.
He was born February 28, 1975 in Troy to the late Dwight Purk and Jerry and Katherine (Bogucki) Purk Brock and they survive in Houston.
On February 29, 2012, he married Sandra (Dill) Purk, and she survives.
Jason is also survived by his children; Skylar Purk of Wilberforce, OH., Nolan Purk and Samual Purk of Sidney, Sierra (Alan) Redd of Salem, Missouri, Joshua Redd and fiance’, Erin Hart of Greenville, Christopher Redd of Sidney, four grandchildren, sister, Jessica (Tim) Mangen of Sidney and Randy Purk of Sidney.
Jason was a 1993 graduate of Houston High School and OVJVS of Piqua. He was formerly employed as Maintenance Director at the Pavilion Nursing Home. He enjoyed skiing at Mad River Mountain, playing golf and spending time with his wife and children.
There will be no calling hours. Funeral services will be held at a later date at the discretion of the family.
