Jim, you showed your love for your mom in so many ways and that will be a blessing to your heart and the whole family. I would imagine Pearl would have wanted to pass quietly and peacefully in her sleep as she did and that, too, is a blessing for you all. May you all spend this holiday season sharing fond memories and great stories of Pearl.

Jim-I am so sorry you've lost your mother. She lived a long life and got to experience many things with her children and grandchildren and friends. You'll miss her dearly. Please remember, you'll only have to experience important times without her, for the first time, once. After that, you've been through it once and it will get easier. I took care of Pearl on Wednesday & Thursday and it broke my heart to hear of her passing. She had me hold her had both days while she went to the bathroom. Them are memories I will forever cherish. She was a very spunky lady and will be missed dearly. R.I.P Pearl til we meet again. To you family may God give you comfort in this time of need. It was a blessing to get to know you all.
