James A. Wilkins, Sr.

James A. Wilkins, Sr., age 67, of Versailles, OH passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at Wilson Health Emergency Room. He was born on April 7, 1949 in Columbus, OH to Lee Wilkins, Sr. and Flora Wilkins. James is preceded in death by his wife Loma Gail Anderson Wilkins, June 26, 1992.

James is survived by his sister Jenny Koontz of Sidney, OH; two daughters; Angie Wilkins of Jackson Center, OH; Lisa Wilkins of Sidney, OH; three sons James A. Wilkins, Jr.; Brandon Wilkins of Sidney, OH; Nicholas Wilkins of Versailles, OH; grandchildren; Abbygail Wilkins, Olivia Wilkins, Andrew Duckro and Braelynn Wilkins.  He is preceded in death by his brother Lee Wilkins, Jr. and sister Helen Canterbury.

James liked to collect Native American Indian artifacts. He loved his dogs Sissy and Capone and cherished his raccoon Bill.  He will be missed tremendously by his family & friends.  James was a laborer by trade.

Friends may call 10AM-12PM on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney, OH. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery, Sidney, OH with Reverend Harold McKnight officiating.
