Frostie was a member and leader of our Troop at Saint Paul's United Church of Christ way back when and as one of the Scouts from that era it would be safe to say that his smile was infectious. Frostie was wonderful to work with and he was always such a great help to everyone and was respected by everyone. We will surely miss his smile and his love for life. As a young scout Frostie left a indelible mark on my life and taught me the meaning of doing things with a smile.

The present day Scouts of Troop 97 and our leaders are grateful for all that Frostie did for our Troop and community and we offer our sincere sympathies and prayers to his family and friends. May God Bless them with many loving memories of Frostie and may they rest assured that Frostie is now with the greatest Scoutmaster of all time, in heaven.

My deepest sympathies to the family of Foster. We were classmates and I enjoyed seeing and speaking with him at the last reunion. He was a very good person.
