William B. Uncapher

William B. Uncapher, age 78, of Sidney, passed away on Thursday, December 24, 2020 at Wilson Health in Sidney.  He was born on June 26, 1942 in Piqua to the late Robert and Adrienne (Midlam) Uncapher.

William is survived by one sister: Emily (Tom) Glover of New York; one brother: Tom (Gail) Uncapher of Delaware; one daughter: Terry (Dennis) Dohm of Sidney, OH; 4 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife: Katherine Uncapher; and one brother: John Uncapher.

William served in the US Army from 1964-1966.  Most of his time was spent in Germany.  William was a lifetime member of American Legion Post 217.  He was an avid coin collector.  William worked for Coin World for over 40 years until he retired.  He enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting rocks and wood craft.  William also enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Cedar Point Cemetery in Pasco with Chaplain Angela Barfield officiating.  Full military honors will be presented by the Sidney Veterans and US Army Reserves.  No calling hours will be held.  Arrangements are being handled by Adams Funeral Home in Sidney.
