Wanda Naomi Huddleston, age 78, of Anna, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born on March 18, 1946 in Westbourne, TN, to the late Aaron and Mossie (Meadors) Ruthaford.
Wanda is survived by sons: Steve (Ann) Huddleston of Findlay, Tim (Paula) Huddleston of New Bremen, Jeff (Elizabeth King) Huddleston of New Carlisle; grandchildren, Allen Huddleston, Eric Huddleston, TJ Huddleston, Cody Huddleston, Troy Huddleston, Heather Huddleston, Austin Huddleston, Kelly Cramer and Austin Miller; and twelve great-grandchildren. In additional to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Earl “Allen” Huddleston; two sisters: Francis Snyder and Hazel LaPoint; and one brother: Paul Ruthaford.
Wanda was a member of Calvary United Baptist Church, where she helped serve funeral dinners and other things. She also enjoyed sewing, camping, ceramics, woodworking and spending time with her family. Wanda retired after 30 years in the banking industry, having worked at several different banks in Sidney.
A private funeral service will be held at the Calvary United Baptist Church, Sidney, with Pastor Dave Shepherd officiating. Burial will follow at Pearl Cemetery in Swanders, Ohio.
