Valerie K. Roberts

Valerie K. Roberts, age 66, of Sidney, passed away Monday, May 22, 2023, at Hospice of Miami County in Troy.  She was born August 31, 1956, in Urbana to Robert Keller and Nancy (Mumaw) Johnson.

On May 28, 1995, she married Dan Roberts and he survives.  Also surviving are children; Adam (Sheila) McDonald of Springfield, Amanda (Art) Longo of Orlando, Florida, Kerri (James) Fleming of Sidney, Corey (Mathew Corey) Martin of Sidney, eleven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, brothers; Kevin Keller of Sidney, Robert (Peggy) Keller of Sidney and sister, Ann Keller of Arizona.

She was preceded in death by grandchild, Hallie Lewis and great-grandson Brayson Brown.

Valerie attended Sidney High School and was of the Catholic faith.  She was a great artist and enjoyed painting and drawing.  She loved going to the beach and spending time with her cats.  Valerie was a mother to all and she had the great gift of accepting people the way they were. She loved spending time with her family and friends and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County, Troy in Valerie’s memory.
