Valerie K. (Tobin) Cartwright

Valerie K. (Tobin) Cartwright ,43, of Sidney, Ohio, passed away Wednesday November 2nd, 2022 @ 6:42 am. Born February 27th, 1979, in Montezuma, Ohio, Valerie was the second born of the late Vicky Marie Lefeld. Valerie is survived by her children; Morgan Schmidt, Levi Hurst and Ethan Hurst of Sidney Ohio; Grandchildren Colson A. Gent and Arianna N. Spencer also of Sidney; Siblings; Jacqui Tobin of Sidney and Jessica Tobin of Springfield, OH; and her grandmother Luella Tobin of St. Mary’s. Valerie is proceeded in death by her grandparents: Ed Tobin, and Ben and Agnus Lefeld of St. Henry, OH; her mother Vicky M. Lefeld and her grandson Chase R.J. Schmidt, both of Sidney, OH. 

Valerie worked as a laborer for Emerson Climate Technologies from 2005 and liked to sing in her free time. She was loved by all that surrounded her and had a voice that could light up a room. Valerie’s family and loved ones will be holding a celebration of life on Sunday, November 13th from 3pm-6pm at the union hall located at 1330 S Main Avenue, Sidney.
