Tracy Lynn Bey

Tracy Lynn Bey, 48, passed away on September 9, 2024, at 7:21pm in Sidney Ohio. She was born on June 10, 1976 at 7:21pm, in Greenville Ohio. Tracy was a beacon of joy and resilience, living a fulfilling life despite the challenges posed by cerebral palsy.

Tracy lived most of her life in Russia, OH, with her family. In 2006 she moved into Sidney with her parents. She began school at Shelby Hills at age 2 and graduated from there at age 16. Tracy attended day services at S&H Products in 1992, and retired after serving 31 years.

Tracy was known for her infectious laughter and the twinkle in her beautiful blue-gray eyes. So many cherished memories include laughing at her mom banging pots and pans, playing "noser's" with her dad, and having dance parties with her sister. Tracy was known for her unique sense of humor, especially laughing at someone after they would cough. She enjoyed listening to music her entire life, her favorite song was "This Old Heart of Mine," by Rod Stewart would always make her smile, and her "talking finger," would rise up. Tracy had a smile that would light up a room, and her hand was always ready to be held.

She is survived by her loving parents, Thomas and Teresa (Rismiller) Bey; her sister, Tiffany (Scott Barr) Kemp, Niece's, Alyssa ( Evan) Monnier , Brianna Kemp, and Emma Kemp. And Tracy's beloved nurse of 28 years, Joy Egbert, was more like a sister than a caregiver. Tracy is also survived by her aunts and uncles, Gloria (Donald) Stonerock, William (Karen) Bey, Donald Rismiller, Jr., Regina (David) Owen, Barbara (Douglas) Mangen, Christoper (Lisa) Rismiller, Vivian (Robert) DeWall. Tracy had 16 cousins and 22 second cousins. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Paul and Patricia Bey, maternal grandparents Donald Sr. and Clara Rismiller, uncle Basil Bey, aunts and uncles Patrica (Michael) Kowalski, Susan (Terrance) Marrs and brother-in-law Adam Kemp.

A celebration of life will be held on September 29, 2024, from 1:00 to 3:00pm at Tracy's home, 536 Foxcross Street Sidney OH. The service will begin at 2:00pm.
