Tim S. Schloss

Timothy Scott “Tim” Schloss, age 65, of Sidney, passed away on Monday, June 17, 2024, at Ft. Loramie Lake.  He was born on July 14, 1958, in Sidney to the late Joe Schloss and Evelyn (Williams) Schloss Sherman.

Tim is survived by one son: Michael Scott (Appollo) Schloss of Milton, FL; four grandchildren: Shiloh, Hosea, Aggie and Salem; one brother: Randy (Denise) Schloss of Lenoir City, TN; two sisters: Brenda (Ron) Jones of Sidney and Susan (Richard) Conley of Troy; and many nieces and nephews.  In addition to his father, Tim was preceded in death by two sisters: Lynn Massie and Darla Schloss.

Tim was a 1976 graduate of Sidney High School.  He worked for 40+ years at Kroger’s in Sidney.  Tim was of the Christian faith.  He enjoyed fishing, golf, playing softball and playing poker games with his family.  Tim also enjoyed watching golf on TV and spending time with his family.  He was a big Browns fan and a big Ohio State Buckeyes fan, “Go Bucks!”.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, June 24, 2024, at Shelby Memory Gardens in Sidney.  Family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturday at the funeral home, with services to follow.
