Thomas S. S. Doak

Thomas Scott Doak, age 45, of Sidney, passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2022.  He was born on November 14, 1977, to Diane L. (Pottorf) Doak and the late Ronald I. Doak.

Thomas is survived by his wife: Karen (Harris) Doak; sons: Gregory Scott Doak and Gabriel Thomas Doak, both of Sidney; siblings: Ronald Lee Doak, of  Sidney, Rhonda (Matt) Schemmel, of FL, Holly Clem (Richard Kirby, of Jackson Center, Joshua (Dwana) Doak, of KY, and Sarah (Jamie Waldroop) Doak of Sidney; and many nieces and nephews.  In addition to his father, Thomas was preceded in death by his grandparents: James H. and Betty (Hole) Doak, Charles and Lucille Protsman and Howard F. and Dorothy (Millhouse) Pottorf.

Thomas graduated from Fairlawn High School.  He worked for NKP. Sidney.  Thomas enjoyed hunting, fishing, different precious gems and mushroom hunting.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney, OH.  Burial will follow in Shelby Memory Gardens, Sidney.  Family will receive friends from 9:30-11:00 AM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
