Thomas D. Walton, Sr.

Thomas D. Walton, Sr., age 86, of Sidney, passed away on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.  He was born on April 11, 1935 in Clark County, OH, to the late Thomas Arthur and Mary (Huffelman) Walton.

Thomas is survived by one daughter: Kimberly S. Wiford of Sidney; one son: Douglas Eugene Walton of Bellefontaine; grandchildren: Jeremy (Becky) Beard, Timothy (Lisa) Wiford and Amber (Zach) Small; and numerous great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son: Thomas D. Walton, Jr and a granddaughter: Stacy Walton-Milligan. 

Thomas proudly served his country as a member of the US Air Force during the Korean and Vietnam Wars.  He was employed for many years in manufacturing around the Shelby County area.  Thomas loved his John Deere tractors. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Thomas never tired of teasing his family in a loving way. 

Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney, OH.
