Teresa A. Franklin

Teresa A. Franklin, 69, of Sidney passed away Monday, September 22, 2025, surrounded by her family at Versailles Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.

She was born on February 23, 1956, in Sidney, Ohio, to the late Eddie Lee Franklin Sr. and Barbara Ann Franklin.

Teresa is survived by one child, Michael (Brandi) Franklin of Sidney, six grandchildren, Allynah Franklin of Sidney,  Marcellus Franklin of Sidney, Maleek Franklin of Sidney, Shania Nordstrom of Puyallup, WA., Michael Franklin of Alamogordo, NM, and Julian Franklin of Fairfield CA, two brothers, Larry Franklin of Sidney and Eddie Lee Franklin Jr. of Florida, special friends, Gwendolyn Mclaurin-Howard of Columbus, Robert Johnson of Sidney, and Robert Davis of Lorain, four nephews and three nieces. She was preceded in death by one brother, Jeffery Franklin. 

Teresa graduated from Sidney High School in 1975.  She was employed by Stolle for over 20 years.  She retired from Stolle and then worked at Dollar General. 

Teresa enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and family, playing the board game Trouble, listening to music, and cooking for her family.  She was an avid Michigan and Pittsburgh Steelers fan and loved to watch football with her son.   

Friends and family may visit on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road. Sidney.  Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. with Bishop Howard A. Daniel Sr. officiating.  Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery in Sidney.
