Starla R. Johnson

Starla R. Johnson, age 22, of Sidney, passed away on July 8, 2023.  She was born in Sidney, on January 7, 2001, to Franklin Johnson of Sidney and Tonya Slife of Springfield, Ohio.

Starla is survived by nine siblings: Franklin and Stacy Jackson of Sidney, Orlando Johnson of Sidney, TJ and Brandy Johnson Maxwell of Troy, Terrence Slife of Marion, Trey and Tarhona Majors of South Carolina, Lucas and Lyesa Hensley of Sidney, Brandon Gregory of Sidney, Adrian Gregory of Sidney; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brother Lance Leon Johnson.

Starla was a 2019 graduate of Sidney High School.  She was employed at the Waffle House in Sidney. She was a very smart young lady who could make you laugh easily, made friends easily, who enjoyed doing makeup and listening to music.

Family and friends may visit on Monday, July 17, 2023, from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m.

at the Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. with Willie T. McGee officiating.  Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery in Sidney.
