Sara E. (Jacobs) Bodenmiller

Sara E. Bodenmiller, age 49, of Sidney, passed away peacefully (after a courageous battle with cancer) on Sunday, May 5, 2024.  She was born on March 20, 1975, in Sidney, Ohio to Fred and Jill (Weiskittel) Jacobs.  She married the love of her life, Michael T. Bodenmiller on April 22, 1995, and he survives.

Left behind to cherish Sara’s memory include children, Kayla (Rodney) Huston and Conner (Kelsey) Bodenmiller, grandchildren; Jackson “Jack”, Emmit “EJ”, and Ella “Bean” Huston and Weston “Little Man” and Harper “Peanut” Bodenmiller, sister Mary (John) Ward, brother Andy Jacobs, niece Christine (Joe) Ehrisman, nephew Jake Ward and many other nieces and nephews.

Sara was preceded in death by parents, Jill and Fred Jacobs. Sara was a 1993 graduate of Sidney High School.  She enjoyed dancing, camping, fishing, and kayaking.  Most of all, Sara enjoyed spending time with her family, especially watching her grandkids on the ball field.  She worked at Honda of America in Anna for many years.  She was of the Christian faith.

Family and friends may visit on Friday, May 10, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. until

11:00 a.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney. Service will be at 11:00 a.m. with John Solomon officiating.  Burial will follow at Cedar Point Cemetery in Pasco.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the James Cancer Hospital in Sara’s memory.
