Roger L. Elsner, age 64, of Sidney, passed away on Saturday, July 16,2002, at Wilson Health in Sidney.  Graveside service will be held August 6, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Glen Cemetery in Port Jefferson.  A Celebration of Life will be held immediately following, at the home of Charlotte Sharp, 301 King Court, Sidney, Ohio.
