Rebecca Sue (Rose) Lear

Rebecca Sue Lear, age 52, of Sidney, passed away Thursday, January 29, 2026, at her residence. She was born May 29, 1973, in Bristol, Virginia, to the late Robert Rose and Sandra (Clayton) Rose.

She married John Lear on June 11, 2010, and he survives.  Also surviving are son, Mason Lear of Piqua, two sisters, Bobbie (Steve) Brauch and Leslie Biggs.

Rebecca was employed at C C Propane in Wapakoneta, Ohio. She was of the Christian faith, a loving and compassionate person who loved spending time with her family and friends.  She enjoyed traveling throughout the United States with her husband, observing all of the national parks. She loved her dogs, Laken and Creek and spending time at her pool.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date at the discretion of the family.
