Penni Candace (Dayton) Murray, 67, of Sidney, went to rest in the arms of her savior, on June 1st, 2022, at Miami County Hospice. Penni was born on June 14th, 1954, to Leonard and Dorothy (Denick) Dayton, in Newburgh, New York. On May 10th, 1991, Penni became Mrs.Murray, when she married the love of her life, Donnie Murray, and recently, they celebrated 31 wonderful loving years of marriage.
Mrs.Murray is survived by one brother, Lenny (Jane) Dayton, of Clearwater, FI, stepson, Ryan Hufford, a very special cousin, Dane Denick, and a special friend and "sister", Lisa Brandyberry.
Penni retired from Hydro Aluminum after 31 years of faithful service. She loved taking trips, and especially traveling to Florida, and California. She also enjoyed making and selling southwest ceramics for over 40 years, in which she met many wonderful friends. Mrs. Murray was of the Pentecostal faith, and attended The House of Refuge, in Sidney, where
she will be missed greatly by her church family. Penni will also be missed by her little yorkie, Belle, after 17 years.
Services will be held at The Adams Funeral Home, on Monday, June 6th, 2022, at 1:00PM, with Pastor Anthony Krummery officiating. Visitation will be from 11am, until the time of the service. Burial will follow at Shelby Memory Gardens.
