Peggy J. Lawson

Peggy J. Lawson, age 89, of Sidney, passed away March 9, 2022 at Wilson Health, Sidney.

She was born December 29, 1932 in Florence, Alabama to the late Ardmore Lawson and Ruth (Berkey) Lawson.

Peggy is survived by daughter Brenda Sheets of Union City, Indiana, grandchildren; Craig (Emily) Oliver of Sedona, Arizona, Jeff Oliver of Piqua, Doug (Elizabeth) Oliver of Noblesville, Indiana, Nicholas (Lindy) Oliver of Oakridge, Tennessee, Adam Mills of Richmond, Indiana, ten great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, sister Lilly Mae (Charlie) Cost of Sidney and brother Royal Lawson of Port Jefferson.

Two brothers preceded her in death.

Peggy retired from Copeland Corporation in Sidney after 50 years of faithful service. She was of the Christian faith and enjoyed sewing, crocheting, dancing and solving word puzzles.

Family and friends may visit on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney.  Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. with burial at Shelby Memory Gardens, Sidney.
