Paul Markin

Paul Dean Markin, age 59, of Sidney, passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2024, at Wilson Health Emergency Room.  He was born on March 3, 1965, in Sidney, to the late Jerry and Patsy (Allen) Markin.  On May 27, 2006, he married Kathy (Anthony) Markin and she survives.

In addition to his wife, Paul is survived by children: Jerry (Jeresa) Markin of Jonesboro, AR, Kimberly (Fiancé Jason Woods) Gibson of Harrisburg, AR, Jennifer (Phillip) Rogers of Summerville, SC; and Aaron Bolton of Pelham, GA; mother of his children: Tammy Markin of Harrisburg, AR; grandchildren: Adian Markin, Jada Markin, Asher Bolton, Adrianna Bolton, Amerill Bolton and Wyatt Smith; and siblings: Joe (Fiancé Julie Fogt) Markin of Sidney, Rhonda Watson of Potisi, MO, Russell Markin of West Plains, TN, Marsha (Don) Hatcher of Newport, WA, Janice Cantrell of St. Paris, OH, and Jeanie Eaton of Springfield, OH.  In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by one son: Adrian Bolton.

Paul was of the Christian faith.  He worked for 20 years for Dixie Ginn Company.  Paul was also a truck driver for B D Transportation.  He enjoyed working on cars and loved spending time with family and friends.
