Patricia "Pat" A. (Poppe) Stutsman

Patricia “Pat” A. Stutsman, age 83, of Botkins, passed away Tuesday, November 4, 2025.  She was born August 12, 1942, to the late Wilbur Poppe and Helen (Copeland) Poppe.

On January 8, 1966, she married Woodrow Stutsman, and he survives. Pat is survived by son, Ron (Nancy) Stutsman of Botkins, daughter Brenda (Alan) Larger of Sidney, grandchildren; Nathaniel, Spencer, Derek, Connor, and Mitchell. Also surviving are siblings; Donnie (Bonnie) Poppe of Botkins, Marion Poppe of Wapakoneta, Wilbur “Bill” (Nancy) Poppe of Wapakoneta, and David (Carol) Salm of Minster.

She was preceded in death by sisters; Betty Behm and Joanne Howard.

Pat was a 1960 graduate of Botkins High School and a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Botkins. She had worked at the K-Village Inn in Kettlersville. She enjoyed playing bingo, and lunching with her friends and family at the Coffee Cup restaurant in Wapakoneta.

Pat was daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, friend. Throughout her life, Pat donned many roles. However, the role she treasured most was grandma. Being a grandma meant the world to her, and she enjoyed lavishing her grandsons with unconditional love.

Family and friends may visit on Thursday, November 6, 2025, from 4 – 6 p.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, November 7, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 116 N. Mill Street, Botkins, Ohio 45306, with Father Sean Wilson officiating. Burial will follow at the St. John's Cemetery in Fryburg, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association in Patricia’s memory.
