Pamela Lorraine Roberts, age 72, of Sidney, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 20, 2026,
at her home in Oran. She was born on May 6, 1953, in Piqua, Ohio, to Mary (Arnett) Mays.
Pam is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Claude (Dean) Roberts; her three daughters, Heather (Doug) Roller of Sidney, Deanna (Chris) Boroff of Celina, and Kristy (Greg) Carey of Sidney. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Lorrie, Eryka (Noah), Sierra (JD), Brandon (Julia), Honor, Noah (Jazmyne), Dylan, Hayli (JT), and Jordyne, and by her great-grandchildren-the apple of her eye-her little man, Alexavier Dean Roberts, as well as Serenity, Shasta, Zaryah, Alaia, Londyn, Barrett, Jackson, Wrenleigh, Faith, Hayes, DayVin, NayVee, Amirah, and Jonah (aka Bob).
In addition to her biological family, Pam opened her heart and home to many and was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother to several others, including Chris Wilt and Lelani Allison and her children, whom she loved as her very own.
She is also survived by her brothers, Steven Mays, Richard Mays, and Justin Mays, and by her sister and absolute best friend, Robin Burton.
Pam was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Mays; her big brother, David Mays; her brother, Rex Mays; her mother- and father-in-law, Claude and Bernice Roberts; and many very special aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A 1972 graduate of Piqua High School, Pam dedicated her life to teaching, leading, and making the world a better place. She was a stay-at-home mom until her girls were in high school and later worked for the Kroger Deli. Pam was a Girl Scout leader for over 20 years, always volunteered at school and at her girls' sporting events, and made a profound impact on countless lives throughout the years. She was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan and enjoyed genealogy, crocheting, sewing, baking, and making sure everyone had a meal-feeding people was her love language.
In her final act of selflessness, Pam chose to donate her body to the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine.
Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney, has been entrusted with all funeral arrangements.
