Michael Wayne Doseck

Michael Wayne “Mike” Doseck, age 60, of Waynesfield, formerly of Sidney, passed away on Saturday, August 28, 2021, at St. Rita Medical Center in Lima.  He was born on December 29, 1960, in Sidney to the late Roy Lynn and Elizabeth Ann (Godwin) Doseck.

Mike is survived by his wife: Kay (Bauer) Doseck; three daughters: Elizabeth (John) Johnson of Sidney, Misty Fisher of Troy and Thorntina Thomson of Perrysburg; two brothers: Terry Doseck of Canton and Dennis (Jennifer) Doseck of DeGraff; three sisters: Priscilla (Neil) Davis of Sidney, Linda Robinson of Bellefontaine and Sandra (Will) James of Piqua; three granddaughters: Marcanna, Destiny and Lexi; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his first wife and mother of his children: Anna Mae Doseck; and his sister: Rebecca Lynn Doseck.

Mike was a 1979 graduate of Fairlawn High School.  Mike enjoyed fishing and playing Rummy with his family.  He was a member of Sidney Eagles and enjoyed playing poker and euchre with his friends.  Mike loved God and preaching His word.  He was a big University of Michigan fan – Go Blue!

Funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday, September 3, 2021, at Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney, OH with Pastor Peter Doseck officiating.  Burial will follow in Spring Hill Presbyterian Cemetery in DeGraff.  Family will receive friends from 10:00 Am – 12:00 PM on Friday at the funeral home.
