Margaret Louise (Dunbar) Seitz

Margaret Louise Seitz, age 79, of Sidney, passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at Grande Lake Health Care Center in St. Mary’s, Ohio. She was born November 10, 1944, in Hinton, West Virginia, to the late Alvin and Beulah (Gertrude) Dunbar Seitz.

Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Seitz, children; Tina Walsh, Bruce Seitz, and siblings; William Dunbar, Mark Surface, Dewitt Dunbar, John Dunbar, Carthie Dunbar and Marthie Dunbar.

She is survived by her grandchildren; Nicholas (Tina) Walsh, Jessica (Jaxom) Wearley, and Maggie Walsh.   

Margaret Louise was a grandmother, mother, and wife. She took care of anyone from babies to spending time with the elderly. Her love was known to everyone in town as she truly cared about every person she met. Margaret was most known for her amazing cooking, but also loved crocheting and bowling. She will forever be remembered as one of the most loving and caring people that ever lived.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. with service to commence at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Rodney Reynolds officiating, at  the Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney.  Burial will follow at Shelby Memory Gardens, Sidney.
