Lisa G. Black

Lisa G. Black, age 57, of Sidney, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2024, at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima.  She was born in Sidney on September 25, 1967, to the late Hiwatha and Mossie (Willis) Overton.

Lisa is survived by two sisters: Della Bryant and Laura Taborn, both of Sidney; one niece: Tanya Bryant; two nephews: Joseph Overton and Brian Taborn; and many great nieces and nephews.

Lisa worked at Plastipak in Jackson Center for many years.  She also enjoyed participating in all aspects of Relay for Life.  Lisa loved baking cookies, cakes and making buckeyes.  She enjoyed working with  all kinds of sweats.  She was of the Christian faith.
