Laura L. (Johnson) Leach

Laura L. Leach, age 63, of Sidney, passed away peacefully Sunday, September 15, 2024, at Wilson Health Hospital, Sidney.  She was born March 27, 1961, in St. Petersburg, Florida, to Cardell Johnson and Kathleen Michelle Gallina.

On May 12, 1981, she married Joseph Leach, and he survives in Sidney.

Also surviving are sons, Ryan Leach of Sidney, Aaron (Shannon) Leach of Sidney, daughters, Nicole and Madisen Leach of Sidney, nine grandchildren, siblings: Lawrence Johnson of California, Gina Gallina of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and Michael Johnson Gallina of Eureka Springs, Arkansas.

Laura worked many years at Fair Haven Nursing Home in Sidney; she was of the Christian faith. She was an avid music fan with a large collection of records and Coca Cola memorabilia.  She was a large fan of Robert Plant of Led Zeppelin.  She loved spending time with her family playing the guitar.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date at the discretion of the family.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in Laura’s memory.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney.
