Kathleen Kay (Crawford) Cook

Kathleen Kay Cook, age 66, of Sidney, passed away peacefully Thursday, November 23, 2023, at Wilson Health, Sidney. She was born October 15, 1957, in Bellefontaine, Ohio, to the late Carl Nathaniel and Alberta (Foreman) Crawford.

She married the love of her life, William Cook on October 20, 2008.

Kathleen is survived by her husband, children; Aaron Evans, Nathan (Amy) Evans, Heather Daniels all of Sidney, grandchildren; Dakota Evans, Preston Daniels, Gavin Evans, Audrey Evans, Madison Evans, Zanna Evans, Delilah Myers and great grandchild, Savannah Evans. Also surviving are siblings; Georgia Spears of Pt. Jefferson, Steve and Joanie Crawford of Houston, and Jolene Crawford of Sidney, many nieces and nephews, special friends; Teresa Eilerman of Houston and Karen Wooten of Sidney.   

She was preceded in death by sister, Carolyn Crawford.  

Kathleen was a member of the Solid Rock Church in Sidney. She had worked at Rescare, MPA, Holloways and Speedway in Sidney. She was a 1975 graduate of Piqua High School.  She enjoyed crocheting, reading, camping, and spending time outdoors doing the Lord’s work.  She loved bluegrass and gospel music, especially Ralph Stanley and Jimmie Martin. She also loved spending time with her family and friends.

Family and friends may visit on Thursday, November 30, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney.  Funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Bobbi Allen officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery in Piqua.
