Joanna Sprague

Joanna Sprague, age 70, of Sidney, passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.  She was born on February 24, 1954, in Lima, to the late Robert and Stella (Philips) Crosley. 

Joanna is survived by one daughter: Amy (Fred) Doseck of Sidney; two sisters: Marilyn Thomas and Barbara Walter; nieces and nephews: Amber Walter, Holly Walter, Cole Thomas, Brock Thomas and Kylee Thomas; 3 great nephews; and 7 great nieces.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Scott Spraque, who passed away on November 10, 2023; two children: Wade Stephen Paul and April Ann Paul; two brothers-in-law: Robert Thomas and Kenneth “Chuck: Walter; and one nephew: Blake Thomas.

Joanna was a 1972 graduate of Jackson Center High School.  She was of the Christian faith.

Celebration of Life will be held at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney.  Family will receive friends from 4:00-5:00 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
