Janice S Brueggert

Janice S. Brueggert, age 82, of Sidney, passed away on Easter Sunday, April 20, 2025.  She was born February 2, 1943, in Milbank, South Dakota to the late Martin Englert and Mona Seibel.

She married Donald Martin Brueggert on August 10, 1963, and he survives.

Also surviving are children; Donald M. Brueggert Jr. of Jackson Center, Virginia “Ginny” Wood of Sidney, Pamela S. (Larry) Kempfer of Sidney, four grandchildren; Randy, Melissa, Lucas, Josh, five great-grandchildren; Breanna, Conner, Jaxson, Damian, Grayson, siblings; Bob Englert of Albuquerque, NM., Jim Englert of Rochester, MN., Will (Meipo) Englert of Sioux Falls, S.D., and Mary Kathryn (Mike) Tindle of Alexandria, VA.

Janice was preceded in death by sister Clara Mae Gagnon.

Janice was a member of the Holy Angels Catholic Church in Sidney.  She had worked at the FBI in Washington, D.C. and also Deam Insurance in Sidney. In her spare time, she enjoyed sewing and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Family and friends may visit on Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney.  Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. with Chaplain Randy Reed officiating. Interment will follow at Graceland Cemetery in Sidney.
