Obituary
James William “Billy” Osborne, age 40, of Sidney, passed away on Monday, March 27, 2023, at his residence. He was born on November 26, 1982, in Sidney, to James A. Osborne of Versailles and Kathy (Lambert) Favors of Sidney. On June 22, 2013, he married the love of his life, Tiffany (Napier) Osborne.
In addition to his parents and wife, Billy is survived by four children: Aaliyah Osborne, Aalyssa Osborne, Aalaina Osborne and Brandon Osborne; his stepfather: Frank Favors of Sidney; and five siblings: Kevin Lee (Rayanne) Osborne of DeGraff, Robert Osborne of Versailles, Melissa Stanley of Sidney, Frank (Nicole) Favors, Jr. of Morrisville, NC, and Carrie (Josh) Bayne of Shelbyville, TN.
Billy was a 2001 graduate of Sidney High School and Upper Valley Joint Vocational School. He was of the Christian faith. He worked for Emerson Technology. Billy enjoyed playing video games and softball with his kids. He was a loving husband and father. Billy truly loved his family and friends. He never met a stranger and would do anything for anybody.
Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, March 30, 2023, at Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney, OH, with Pastor Rodney Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Point Cemetery in Pasco. Family will receive friends from 11:00 Am – 1:00 PM on Thursday at the funeral home.
