James C. Barnes, age 78, of Sidney, passed away on Monday, October 4, 2021. Family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 PM on Friday, October 8, 2021, at Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney, OH. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery in Sidney.
