Holmes E. Bell, age 90, of Quincy, passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at Campbell Place Assisted Living in Bellefontaine. Private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are being handled by Adams Funeral Home in Sidney.
