Harry (Tom) Bowman

Harry Thomas Bowman (Tom), age 79 of Sidney, went to be with Jesus on December 1, 2018 at The Pavilion Care Center of Sidney.  He was born October 8, 1939 in Lima, Ohio to father Harry Bowman and mother Betty (Howard) Bowman and they preceded him in death. He married the love of his life, Betty Jane (Glick) Bowman on August 22, 1964 and she survives.

Harry is survived by children Khrissy (Mike) Jones of Sidney, Tommy (Abby) Bowman of Sidney; grandchildren Alex Bowman, Ian Bowman, Shaunda Jones (Bill) Spradlin; great grandchild Gavin Spradlin. He was preceded in death by brother Donald Bowman.

Harry proudly served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the Sidney American Legion Post 217. He retired from his construction company after 20 years of service. He attended Calvary United Baptist Church. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing. 

A celebration of life will be held Thursday, December 6, 2018 at the Calvary United  Baptist Church 9480 County Rd. 25A, Sidney with Pastor David Shepherd officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM with the memorial service starting at 11:00. Private burial will be held at Cedar Point Cemetery in Pasco on Friday December 7, 2018 with military honors.
