Donaven L. Shadoan

Donaven L. Shadoan, age 57, of Sidney, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2024, at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.  He was born on February 14, 1967, in Sidney, to the late Robert and Carolyn )Longbrake) Shadoan.  On February 21, 2003, he married Dianne (Fogt) Shadoan and she survives.

In addition to his wife, Donaven is survived by two children: Ciara (Fiancé) Gage Smith) Shadoan and Aaron Shadoan, both of Sidney; two grandchildren: Xavier Smith and Arabella Smith; three sisters: Beverly (Kristopher) Phlipot of St. Paris, Shirley (Clifford Moody) Shadoan of Sidney and Marie (Daniel) Harrod of Rockford, OH; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Donaven was a self employed contractor.  He liked to do landscaping and spend time with his family.  Donaven was an organ donor and his eyes went to two different recipients to help improve their vision.

Private graveside service will be held at Fairview Cemetery in Quincy at a later date.
