Denise Lynn (Rodgers) Huffman

Denise Lynn Huffman (Rodgers) 62 of Sidney, Ohio went to be with the Lord on May 8th 2026.

Denise was born in Sidney, Ohio on April 15th 1964, the much loved daughter of Anna Rodgers (Yerkey) and George Rodgers also of Sidney, OH.

Denise is survived by a daughter, Maria Huffman of Sidney, step children Tara (Toby) Binkley of Wapakoneta, Jon (Andi) Huffman of Bellefontaine, 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 2 sisters and a brother- Juanita Barham of Sidney, Georgeanna (Paul) Francis of Kenton, and Kurt Rodgers of Fort Loramie.

Denise is preceded in death by her husband David Huffman, a son James Huffman, her mother & Father Anna Rodgers (Yerkey) and George Rodgers.

 Denise was a loving and devoted wife who took pride in taking care of others around her. She loved the Lord and was committed to singing in church with her family from a very early age. Denise was a gifted bass player and singer and was never happier than when she was playing music with her family.

Denise was a special mother, big sister and friend; she will be dearly missed by all who loved her.

A celebration of life will be held for Denise on May 30th at 1:00pm at Lighthouse Ministries 1690 Michigan Street, Sidney, OH.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney.
