Denise K. Elliott

Denise K. Elliott, age 51, of Sidney, passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine.  She was born on December 28, 1971, in Sidney to Elaine (Norris) Stockstill of Sidney and the late Marion Inman, Jr.

Denise is survived by her longtime partner: Stanley James Carter of Sidney; stepfather: John Stockstill of Sidney; two children: Macey Elliott of Sidney and Grace Elliott of Gettysburg; grandchildren: Ky’Len Elliott, Kameron Elliott, and K. J. Elliott; five siblings: Danielle (Austin) Knight of Sidney, Dara Inman of Sidney, Dolly Inman of Perrysburg, Dawn (Chris) Jones of OR and Nicholas Inman of Sidney; and many nieces and nephews.  In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one son: Dallas Ryan.

Denise was a 1990 graduate of Sidney High School.  She retired from RCI.  Denise was a member of Faith Baptist Church.  She enjoyed floating down the river, camping and bonfires.  Above all else, she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  She was a very kind and compassionate person.  Denise loved being around people and was loved her camping family at Oak Dale and by many family and friends.

Service will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney, OH with Pastor Tony Hounshell officiating.  Burial will follow in Shelby Memory Gardens in Sidney.  Family will receive friends from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM on Thursday at the funeral home.
