Deborah K. McMahan

Deborah K. McMahan, age 64, of Sidney, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at Shelby Nursing and Rehab Center in Sidney.

She was born November 5, 1957 in Sidney, to the late Albert Powell and Patricia (Davis) Fultz, who resides in Sidney.  She was married to Kenny McMahan who preceded her in death in 2004.

Deborah is survived by son, Zach Drees of Sidney, daughter, Azel Zimmer of Sidney, grandchildren; Chloe Drees, Connor Drees, Daniel Zimmer, Caleb Zimmer and sister, Azel Waters of Sidney.

She was preceded in death by brother, Dennis Powell.

Deborah was a 1976 graduate of Sidney High School and a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Sidney. She worked many years for various restaurants in the Sidney area.  Deborah had a funny sense of humor.  She enjoyed playing the piano and singing, she was a great story teller and great cook.  She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren, and her loving dog, Milo.

Family and friends may visit on Monday, March 7, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney.  Funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m.  Burial will follow at Shelby Memory Gardens in Sidney.
