Darin K. Bennett

Darin K. Bennett, age 58,  of Port Jefferson, passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at Hospice of Miami Valley in Troy.  He was born on June 06, 1964, in Lima to the Late David K. Bennett and the late Jerline Bennett.  

Darin is survived by two sons: Jesse (Emily) Bennett, Ryan Bennett and one Daughter Emily N. Bennett, one granddaughter Madison Bennett.  Also survived by his grandmother Dorothy E. Bennett of Lima, his half sister Vicky (Ferrell) Andrews of Kentucky, step mother Marg Bennett of Sidney, step sister De Lynn Epperly, step brother Jim “Derek” Regula.  And numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a plethora of cousins.  

Darin was a graduate of Piqua High School and was honorably discharged by the US Army in 1985.  Darin had a strong belief in God.  Darins’ passion was riding his numerous motorcycles, whether on road or off road.  Darin was an Estimator for Regal Plumbing & Heating in Sidney.   

Celebration of Life will be held from 2:00 - 4:00 PM on Sunday, September 11 at New Life Baptist Church, 329 West Main Street, Port Jefferson, Ohio.  In lieu of flowers, family asks a donation to Hospice of Miami County, Troy, Ohio be made in his name.
