Danny L. Stanley

Danny L. Stanley, age 71, of McCartyville, Ohio, passed away September 15, 2023, at Hospice of Miami County, Troy.

He was born November 29, 1951, in Sidney, to the late Charles F. Stanley and Nettie J. (Hall) Stanley.

Danny is survived by his companion of 16 years, Dana Frilling of McCartyville, sons; Richard Stanley, Brent Stanley, daughter, Danielle (Brian) Douglas, sisters; Cheryl (Ray) Branam, Lorna Millbourn, brother, Charles (Steve) Stanley, four grandchildren, one great grandchild, many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by son, Beau Stanley, brother, Jerry Stanley and sister, Gloria Sue Stanley.

Danny was a graduate of Sidney High School and of the Christian faith.  He was retired and loved to fish and hunt mushrooms.  He was a drummer in many local bands for many years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and many friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney. Funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. with Pastor Phil Chilcote officiating.
