Carol Ann Collins

Carol Ann Collins, age 82, of Sidney, beloved wife of Charles Alvis Collins and mother to Cheryl Cassidy, Charlene Thayer and Chandra Rossman, went to be united with her Heavenly Family on Sunday, September 4, 2022.  She was very devoted to her grandchildren: Candace Gottlieb, Tony Trout, Travis Trout, Camiele Spradlin, Natasha Thayer, Kara Rodriguez, Raana Thayer, Janisen Trent, Kendra Malhotra, Justine Blankenship and Caitlin Vestal.  Carol also enjoyed all the time she spent with her great grandchildren and her special nieces and nephews.

Carol is survived by her brother: Steve Hook; special brother-in-law: Michael Stein; and her friends of many years: Emma Branscum, Robert Watkins and Joyce Hook.

Carol worked at Copeland for 22 years.  She retired to devote her time to faith, family and helping others.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM with her service to follow.  Rev. Steven Chapman will officiate.  There will be no graveside service.

As per her wishes, after the service she will be cremated and be reunited with her infant son, Christopher Allen, at Graceland Cemetery.
