Carol A. Branscum

Carol A. Branscum, age 66, of Sidney, passed away on September 23, 2021, at Wilson Health surrounded by her loved ones and family.  She was born on August 29, 1955, in Jacksonville, NC, to the late James and Edith (Wilson) Teague. 

Carol is survived by her children: Jamie Branscum Haynes of Sidney and Darrell M. Branscum and CJ Branscum of Anna; six grandchildren: Alyssa (Derek) Jennings, Jayce Daniel, Ayla Branscum, Amara Branscum, Konner Branscum and Max Branscum; and siblings: Bob and Jimmie Alexander of Ft. Meyers, FL, Richard and Shari Teague of Huber Heights, OH and Tony and Marci Teague of Piqua, OH. 

Carol was a 1973 graduate of Anna High School.  She attended Freewill Baptist Church in Piqua.  Carol enjoyed going to going out to dinner with her friends from Connection Point and visiting Gatlinburg.  She also enjoy taking walks in Tawawa Park, fishing and spending time with her grandchildren.  Carol had retired from Industry Products in Piqua in 2020, but worked at AB Machine in Sidney for many years prior to going to Industry Products.  She had also worked for Visiting Angels.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, at Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney, OH, with Pastor Tommie Jones officiating.  Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery in Sidney.  Family will receive friends from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
