Brenda Sue (Casada) Boggs

Brenda Sue (Casada) Boggs, age 80, of Sidney, Ohio, passed away January 29, 2025, at Wilson Health, Sidney.  She was deeply loved by her family and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Brenda was born January 28, 1945, in Wyberg, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Opal Bedford and Brit Casada Sr. She married Ron Boggs who preceded her in death.

She is survived by son James (Tina) Osborne of Sidney, seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren, two step grandsons, seven great stepchildren and three siblings, Ollie (Bob) Anthony, Louise (Kurt) Clinehens of Sidney and Wilma (Charles) Parsons of Piqua.

She was preceded in death by son Michael Osborne, daughter Angela Fitzgerald, granddaughter Katrina Fitzgerald of Sidney, brothers; Gerald Cassady of Corsicana, Texas, David Cassada of Willis, Texas, Brit Casada Jr., a sister Wanda Cassady of Sidney, stepfather Joe Bedford of Sidney and stepmother Mary Casada of Piqua.

Brenda retired from Copeland, Sidney, Ohio. She enjoyed gardening, fishing and decorating for the holidays. She was a great cook and enjoyed hosting large family gatherings which the family always enjoyed; everyone had their favorite dishes which she prepared with love.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, February 3, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney, Ohio, with the Rev. Mark Hina officiating. Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery, Sidney.  Family and friends may visit from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service at 10:30 a.m.
