Betty M. Hatfield

Betty M. Hatfield, age 74, of Sidney, passed away on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at her residence.  She was born on June 7, 1950, in Bellefontaine to the late Robert “Buck” and Elizabeth “Betty” (Cox) Stewart.

Betty is survived by four children: Greg (Sharon) Finkenbine of LaFollette, TN, Missy (Cheryl) Finkenbine of Sidney, Jovetta (Lee) Coffey of Sidney and Craig (Amanda) Finkenbine of Jacksboro, TN; one sister: Mary Jane (Glenn) Laws of New Knoxville; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Jerry Suttles; two sisters and one brother.

Betty was retired and of the Christian faith.  She enjoyed bingo, raising foster children and loved all animals.  Betty also loved spending time with her family and friends. 

Service will be held at 6:00 PM on Monday, September 30, 2024, at Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney, with Pastor Tony Richmond officiating.  Family will receive friends from 4:30-6:00 PM on Monday at the funeral home.
