Amanda Marie Hartley

Amanda Marie Hartley, age 35, of Sidney, passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at Upper Valley Medical Center Emergency Room in Troy.  She was born on August 12, 1989, in Sidney to Tony and Deb (Ike) Slife of Hardin.  On June 25, 2022, she married Rick Hartley and he survives.

In addition to her parents and husband, Amanda is survived by four children: Emory Hartley, Braydon Hartley, Renesemee Hartley and Allister Hartley; and one brother: Justin Slife of Sidney.

Amanda was a 2007 graduate of both Houston High School and Upper Valley Career Center.  She was of the Christian faith.  Amanda loved fishing and spending time with her children.  She also enjoyed cooking, gardening, working with her flowers and was a baseball mom.  Amanda was a STNA at Koester Pavilion in Troy.  She also had her own crafting business.

Family will receive friends from 9:00-11:00 AM on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney.  Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.

Graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, September 16, 2024, at Shelby Memory Gardens in Sidney.
