Alma Lundy

Alma Lundy, age 95, of Sidney, passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2024. She was born on April 16, 1929, in Keno, KY, to the late Carl and Maggie (Branscum) Wilson.  On June 13, 1958, she married Roger L. Lundy and he preceded her in death on December 5, 2020.

Alma is survived by her children: Michael L. (Sheila) Lundy of Sidney, Greg (Jane) Lundy of Sidney, Pam (Don) Wright of Atlanta, Georgia, Rick (Lois) Lundy of Sidney, Roger D. Lundy of Indianapolis, Indiana.; grandchildren: Sherry (William) Shoemaker, Michael S. Lundy, Brian Lundy, Joel (Anna) Wildermuth, Hannah (Michael Simmons) Wildermuth, Naomi Wildermuth, Scott Lundy, Shad DeVelvis, Danielle Alexander, Shane (Justina) Wright, Ethan Wright, Julie (Andrew) Hayes, Leslie (Codie) Blackburn, Laura (Andrew) Jimenez, Ashlie (Mitchell) Bruns, Joshua (Kyrsten) Lundy, Anna (Jon) Osuch, and Caleb Lundy; great grandchildren: Rachel Shoemaker, Hannah Shoemaker, Kelsey Farrell, Madalynn Lundy, Carson Lundy, Alexander Lundy, Andrew Lundy, Audriana Lundy, Ayden Lundy, Elam Wildermuth, Jackson Blackburn, Cooper Blackburn, Savanah Jimenez, Layla Jimenez, Ayanah Jimenez, Logan DeVelvis, Oliver DeVelvis, Lillian (Josh) Richardson, Kaycee Fortkamp, Kylee Fortkamp, Savannah Alexander, Ezekiel Lundy, Della Wildermuth; Evelyn Simmons; Nolan Bruns and Raglan Bruns; one great-great-grandchild: Priscilla Richardson; and two sisters: Betty Keith of Sidney and Anna Lee Keith of Swanders.  In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Glenn, Milton and Darrell; and four sisters: Louise, Wilma, Mildred and Juanita.

Alma worked at Stolle Corporation before retiring from Copeland Corporation after many years of faithful service.  She was a member of Connection Point Church in Sidney.  Alma enjoyed sewing, baking, quilting, spending time with her family and church family.  She also loved going antiquing and had owned a couple of antique shops through the years.  Alma loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus, with all her heart.

Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Plattsville, Cemetery in Plattsville.
