Alice Faye Brown

Alice Faye Brown, 83, of Sidney, is safely in the arms of the Lord. After a courageous battle with cancer, she passed peacefully at home.

She was born November 1, 1941 in Cloverbottom, Kentucky to the late James and Esther (Lunsford) Goshorn.  On April 14, 1968, Alice was married to Cecil Baird who is deceased. On February 10, 2012 she married Danny Brown who preceded her in death. Alice was also preceded in death by her brothers T.L. Jones, Gary Goshorn and Paul Goshorn.

Alice worked at the Copeland Corporation for 35 years before retiring. A loving wife and mother, grandmother and dear friend, Alice loved the Lord and enjoyed crocheting for her family. She donated many tiny hats for newborns at Wilson Hospital.

Alice is survived by her children: Nick (Vickie) Baird, Lisa (Mike) Fullenkamp, Mark Baird and Dawn Baird; grandchildren: David and Paul Baird, Pat Fullenkamp, Alisson Kreitzer, Evelyn Zimpher, Bryan and Shane Baird, India Baird and Samual Culver. Great grandchildren include Kaitlynn and Caleb Baird, Tyler Crane, Cadence and Atley Baird, Taylor and Leah Fullenkamp, Lily, Emma and Evangeline Kreitzer, Ben, Jonathon, Collin and June Zimpher, Jillian Doseck, Aurora, Athena and Willow Lauterbach and Sidney and Taylor Baird; and one great grandchild: Ava Jo Rodriguez.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, December 30, 2024, at Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney, with Chaplain Randy Reed officiating.  Burial will follow in Cedar Point Cemetery, Pasco.  Family will receive friends from 9:30-11:00 AM on Monday at the funeral home.
